  1. You can find your backup file inside a folder called "Contacts Keeper" located inside a folder called "Apps". This location is recommended as best practices by Dropbox and is supported with their latest technology. You will also find any versions of your backup file if enabled.
  2. If you have your contacts list synched between the iPhone and your Mac and you delete 5 contacts from your iPhone and then backup with Contacts Keeper you will not have those contacts in your backup. However, when you go to load the Contacts Keeper backed up list in to your Address Book those contacts will _not_ be deleted from your Address Book since you are importing your vCard file. That is an Address Book behavior, not a Contacts Keeper one.
